Registration Information

Online registration provides a platform where you can register your child for Football and Cheer from the safety of your home from any device with internet access. You will have the option to register multiple kids within the same session, take advantage of Early Bird Registration discount, and of the payment plans offered, which will ensure you are paid in full when the season begins.

Football and Cheer Registration: $200 per a child, all registered members must participate in a calendar fundraiser to raise $100 per a child in the league.

Required Forms

Player's Contract Signed by Participant and Parent
Pop Warner Medical Form signed by Physician dated 2024
Original Birth Certificate (New Registrants Only)
June's Report Card, must have all 4 terms

How to register Online:

1. Access the online registration system
2. Click Register Now on the Division your child will be in for Football or Cheer.
3. If you have a Dick's SP HQ Account or SportsConnect, sign in using your credentials
4. If you do not have an account, enter the information required to create an account
5. Follow the screens to register
6. Upload June's Report Card
7. Upload Player's Physical Form, which must be dated in 2024
8. Upload Player's Birth Certificate
Select the division based on your child's Age.

9.Complete Registration

Note: Documentation can be uploaded at any time. In example, if you register to take advantage of the early bird registration, you can upload June's report card after the school year has finished.

In order to guarantee a position on one of our teams, you must be in a good status, which means all documentation has been provided to the organization and approved, account must be paid in full.

Volunteer Information

The Brockton Junior Boxers are always looking for Volunteers willing to dedicate their time and effort to help educate and motivate the youth of the city. As they say, it takes a village, well it sure does, to have a successful season. Please think about becoming part of the BJB Family, and supporting the kids.

There are many opportunities for Volunteers, which include Coaching, Team Parent, Concessions, Fundraising, Safety Officer, Communications, Technology, Game Day Activities, plus many more.

All volunteers must have a CORI check completed and approved before they are able to interact with any of the particpants . You can download the Volunteer Application from the Forms page or go to our Online Registration System.

Completed applications can be emailed to Secretary@brocktonjuniorboxers.org who will assign it to the Board Member managing the section you are interested in volunteering for. e.g. Head Coach will be sent to our Coach's Representative.
